TEAM FAQ:

HOW DO I FORM A TEAM? You can form a team or join a team online here. For more information, contact us at 904-448-7446.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A TEAM? Forming or joining a team multiplies the fun you will have on Ride day. You can create a team to celebrate a survivor or honor someone you have lost. You can also create a corporate team and get your entire company involved.

DO TEAMS HAVE TO FUNDRAISE? Yes, each registered participant is required to fundraise a minimum of $140. As a reward for your fundraising efforts, each individual Ride participant will receive Ride for the Cure socks for raising the $140 minimum! Additionally, each participant that raises $500 will earn a commemorative Ride jersey, and each Ride participant that raises $1000 will earn matching shorts!

ONE OF MY TEAM MEMBERS REGISTERED AS AN INDIVIDUAL WHEN THEY MEANT TO JOIN MY TEAM. HOW DO THEY CORRECT THIS? Please contact our office at 904-448-7446 to get this corrected.

CAN DONATIONS MADE TO A TEAM BE SPLIT OR SHARED AMONG TEAM MEMBERS? We are unable to split or transfer donations between individual and team accounts.

WHEN AND WHERE DO I PICK-UP MY TEAM’S RIDE PACKET, INCLUDING T-SHIRT?  Team captain packet pick-up is the morning of Ride at Nocatee in St. Johns County, Florida.

WHEN IS THE RIDE?  The Ride will be on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 7AM to 12PM.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RIDE START? The 64 mile start time will be at 7:00AM, the 32 mile Ride at 7:20AM and the 20/10 mile Ride at 7:40AM.

WHERE IS THE RIDE?  The Ride will be at Nocatee in St. Johns County, Florida. More details coming soon.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE? Adult registration fee is $35. Family Fun Ride registration is $50 per family. Ride Day registration for adults is $50 and $75 for families.

IS MY REGISTRATION FEE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE? No, your registration fee helps defray the costs of producing the Ride and is not considered tax-deductible. However, any amount that you choose to donate above the entry fee is tax-deductible.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE? You will get access to the Ride course, a Ride bib, an Official Susan G. Komen North Florida Ride for the Cure® t-shirt, an online fundraising participation center and a great feeling!

ARE PET AND STROLLERS ALLOWED AT THE EVENT? Pets and strollers are prohibited from the event.

WHAT IF IT RAINS? Komen North Florida holds the right to cancel or change the date or location of the Ride in its sole discretion, including in the circumstance of extreme weather. It is likely that the event will happen rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.
